today had a whole new experience in my life. i went for blood donation! finally!! i've always wanted to give it a try since school,now final;ly had a chance. went down to the centre with kailing. waited very long for my turn, they really asked alot of questions. kept repeating the same few questions.but can see that they're doing their job la.it wasn't painful like i thought. rather fun.. haha. but quite embarrassed when the nurse, 2 of them in fact, had a hard time searching for my vein.eventually this sweet little nurse *wink* so kind and caring towards this first-timer, did agood job. not painful, very smooth. i felt so good after the whole thing, but tired too.... have to try and increase my haemoglobin count, its slightly on the low side, wonder what does that mean? everyday drink liver soup??
